We deliver right across the US, including all major cities, regional centres and most remote areas. At this time we ship within the US only and do not offer international delivery.

Shipping is completely free on every order to anywhere in the United States — no minimum spend and no hidden fees. There are no delivery charges and no remote-area surcharges; the price you see is the price you pay.

Most in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. During peak periods, sales or public holidays, dispatch may take a little longer. You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Major metro areas: approx. 7–12 business days
• Other areas: approx. 10–16 business days
• Remote areas (AK/HI & territories): may take longer

These are estimates from our carriers, not guarantees. Because our range is sourced from multiple warehouses, items in the same order may arrive separately and on different days at no extra cost to you.

Every order is sent with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched, and you can follow its progress any time on our Order Tracking page.

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout, as we may be unable to redirect a parcel once it has shipped. Some bulky items cannot be delivered to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers — a street address is recommended.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and (for damage) a photo. We will investigate with the carrier and make it right. Please see our Returns & Refunds policy for faulty or damaged items.
